I’M JODI, THE FOUNDER & COACH AT THE NOURISHED COLLECTIVE
I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Barre Teacher (& Pilates teacher in training) passionate about helping everyday people find sustainable food, move and movement.
My journey into holistic nutrition started because, like so many women, I was tired of all the confusing advice, restrictive diets, and that never-ending feeling of not knowing what actually works. I believe feeling good in your body shouldn’t be complicated—it should feel natural, intuitive, and most importantly, doable.
As a certified holistic nutrition coach, I’m here to help you find balance in a way that fits your life—not some cookie-cutter meal plan or impossible routine. Together, we’ll figure out what your body truly needs, simplify the science, and create habits that actually stick—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real, sustainable change. My goal? To help you wake up feeling energized, confident, and completely in tune with your body.
